Is it my resolution???

    i have been having a problem were it seems like its related to hitbox but not sure.
    some of my shots dont register like it takes 25 bullets from a p90 tr to someone so i can kill them and this is whithout missing.So is it lag?is it my resolution?or what can someone plz help me with this issue i would appreciate it :D

    What are your PC Specs,and what resolution do you have it under?

    Windows 7 32 bit
    2 gb ram
    Geforce 9800 GT
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+
    i put it in 1440x900 but it kinda seems like everything gets smaller :/
